What is Aesthetic Leadership

Aesthetic Leadership is an emerging leadership approach with no unified definition yet. What distinguishes it from traditional leadership models is its holistic engagement of people by laying the foundations and activating the full spectrum of human intelligence: intuitive, emotional, analytical, executive, and reflective intelligence.
